Legal and Social Aspects of Juvenile Justice

The conference was attended by 85 participants from eight countries and seven Russian regions. Experts from Western Europe with long-established Probation systems and from post-soviet countries where Probation services had been introduced recently, shared their experiences and thoughts with Russian experts.
